Yes, absolutely. We cater to any sized production, big or small.

No. If you need crew for your shoot, we can point you in the right direction.

We off insurance at 10% of the rental price, alternatively you can source your own insurance.

Shipping (for consumables orders only)

Yes! You are very welcome to, especially if you need something urgently.

We're open Monday - Friday, 7.30-5pm. Let us know if your order is urgent and we'll do our best to get it ready fast.

It depends on where you are, and what courier service you choose. Live freight options and prices are given at checkout. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most items should be delivered within 2-3 working days.

If you need something urgently, please let us know before you purchase. Give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

We currently use Courier Post (NZ Post), NZ Couriers, and Post Haste. If you are purchasing items classed as dangerous goods, your order will be shipped with Post Haste.

For South Island customers, you will be offered both 2-day or overnight shipping options at checkout.

If you need something large freighted to you, such as hire gear, we will most likely use Mainfreight.

A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number once your order is good to go.

If you didn't receive this, or have lost it, please contact us and we can let you know your tracking number.

Yes, it is free for orders over $500 (ex. GST).

If you are filming with one of the local Wellington studios (Stone Street, Avalon, Lane Street), we will deliver free of charge with no minimum spend required. There is a code required upon checkout for this option.

Local deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need something faster you are welcome to send a runner, or call us and we'll see what we can do.

On special request if need be. Prices and freight times are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you need to organise this.

Payment

We take EFTPOS and credit cards, in store and online. You can also pay via bank transfer if you prefer, however proof of payment will be needed before we ship the goods (unless you have an account with us).

Yes! But you need to have an account with us. Download our account application form and return it to us via the email address listed on the form. Once approved, you can pay by PO#.
